Delete Your Infinity2X CRM Account

This page explains how to delete your Infinity2X CRM app account, developed by CNet Software Solutions Pty Ltd.

How accounts work

Infinity2X CRM app accounts are Infinity2X GlassOne user accounts created by your company. There is no separate sign-up in the app.

How to request deletion

1. Ask your company administrator to block or delete your user in Infinity2X GlassOne. Once that is done, you can no longer sign in to the app or access any data.
2. Or email us at hello@cnetsoftware.com.au with the subject "Infinity2X CRM account deletion", from the email address you sign in with, and tell us your company name. We will confirm the request with your company and remove your user.

What happens to your data

• Your sign-in access and the device ID linked to your account are removed.
• Customer records, visits and notes you entered belong to your company's Infinity2X GlassOne account. Your company decides whether to keep or delete them.
