How does preventive maintenance work in Infinity2X CMMS?

A preventive maintenance plan can be time based, such as every three months, or usage based, such as every 250 hours run or 10,000 kilometres, and can repeat each time. Infinity2X CMMS creates the preventive work orders when they fall due, each with its task list to tick off.

How do I know which sites are overdue for inspection?

The compliance dashboard shows, for one asset type at a time, every site with its status from its latest inspection: OK, due soon, overdue, or never inspected. It shows the pass rate and when sites are due again, and you can click a site to see which assets failed. It prints to PDF for management reports.

Yes. An inspection can be made for a branch of your own business or for a customer, so service contractors can keep inspection records for the assets they look after at customer sites.
