Infinity2X CRM App Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Infinity2X CRM mobile app for iOS and Android handles your information. The app is developed by CNet Software Solutions Pty Ltd ("we", "us"), the developer of Infinity2X GlassOne. It sits alongside our general Privacy Policy.

Who can use the app

The Infinity2X CRM app is for staff of businesses that use Infinity2X GlassOne. There is no sign-up in the app. Your company's Infinity2X GlassOne administrator creates your user account, and you sign in with that account.

Information the app collects

  • Account information: your email address and sign-in details, used to sign you in and keep your account secure.
  • Device identifier: a user and device ID sent when you sign in, used to keep your session secure and recognise your device.
  • Location: your precise or approximate location, only when you use location features such as checking in at a customer visit. Location is linked to your user account so your company can see visit records. You can turn location access off in your phone's settings at any time; check-in features will then not work.
  • CRM content: the customers, prospects, visits, notes and follow-ups you enter in the app.

How we use it

We use this information only to provide the app's features to you and your company: signing in, showing your customers and visits, recording check-ins and saving your CRM notes in your company's Infinity2X GlassOne account.

What we don't do

  • We do not sell your information.
  • We do not use it for advertising or marketing.
  • We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Where your information is stored

App data is stored in your company's Infinity2X GlassOne account on secure cloud servers. Your company controls the CRM records it keeps and who can see them, based on each user's permissions.

Removing access and deleting your account

Your user account belongs to your company's Infinity2X GlassOne account. When your administrator blocks or deletes your user in Infinity2X GlassOne, you can no longer sign in to the app or access any data. See how to delete your account.

Children

The app is a business tool and is not intended for children.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
