Help with the Infinity2X CRM mobile app for iOS and Android, part of Infinity2X GlassOne.

How do I get an account?

The app is for Infinity2X GlassOne users. There is no sign-up in the app. Ask your company's Infinity2X GlassOne administrator to create your user, then sign in with the same email and password.

I can't sign in

Check your email and password, and that your phone is online. If it still fails, your administrator may have blocked your user or changed your access. Contact your administrator first, then us if you need more help.

Check-in or location isn't working

Allow location access for Infinity2X CRM in your phone's settings (iPhone: Settings > Infinity2X CRM > Location; Android: Settings > Apps > Infinity2X CRM > Permissions).
